Another stretch goal destroyed! Up next, we've got to blast our way through:
$450,000 - Improved - +8 cards to Playmat #1.
$470,000 - Double Ace - Car Wars Linked Weapons Pack!
$485,000 - Improved - +3 tiles in the Road Tiles expansion.
And speaking of the Road Tiles, here are some new pics to give you a better idea of how they work. At the moment, the set includes 15 double-sided tiles; if the $485,000 stretch goal is unlocked, this jumps to 18 double-sided tiles.

Tiles are labeled on each side.
By labeling the tiles, we will be able to offer some scenarios in the future that include tile placement instructions.
These are prototype tiles, created by hand, and are not 100% final.
15 tiles allows for large layouts . . . or very long roadways.
Some tiles include craters on the reverse side, to add variety to your battlefields.
The game's terrain rules are designed so that the players -- and scenario authors -- may specify the difficulty of terrain.
In other news, the Sledge is still a fun beast of a car.

Some of you have asked about the $400 reward level and the Car Wars reprints: near-exact replicas of over 20 classic 1980s Car Wars games and expansions. The $400 reward level is limited to 100 slots, over 30 of which have already been claimed. And since this includes the Uncle Al's Upgrade Pack, shifting your pledge from one of the Black Friday (or the Cyber Monday) reward levels doesn't mean you lose out on the good stuff.
(And before you ask about the empty boxes: In some of the Car Wars reprints you will find storage box stickers that fit perfectly on the empty Pocket Boxes. This means you can create storage boxes to carry the zipper bagged expansions or to carry whatever other stuff you want to pack into the boxes.)

Dice Bag Unlocked and More Pics!

The $425,000 stretch goal is behind us and everyone receiving the Double Ace stretch goals is now getting a Car Wars dice bag included in your rewards package. This lined, drawstring dice bag can hold all of the Car Wars dice . . . and more! The bag will hold roughly 50+ dice, so you can easily store two sets in the bag.
The sample bags came in today and look great. This stretch goals exists because of suggestions made on Facebook earlier this month. When "a dice bag!" was suggested, I felt so silly that we didn't think of that.
The dice bag is also now available as an add-on item.
Playmat #3?
We know you're watching for this to join the campaign. So far, only Playmat #1 and Playmat #2 are offered in this Kickstarter campaign; we've not yet revealed the Playmat #3 stretch goal.
Today, in the conference room, we assembled all three playmats and snapped a few photos showing what is possible with the three 36" x 36" neoprene-backed playmats. As you can tell, it makes for a giant battlefield!

$400,000 Stretch Goal Unlocked: Avalanche

Avalanche has been unlocked and added to Miniatures Set 3!!! That makes a total of 20 car miniatures now available (eight in the core game and twelve in the three different minis expansions). And the factory's timing was perfect: The Avalanche master sculpt arrived today and it is a monster!
Up next: $415,000 stretch goal that, if unlocked, adds three new tiles to the Road Tiles pack.
